Can what is currently called public transport, actually use the word “public”  in the title? I always thought that public services allow the public to use the service? The fact is public money (taxes) are going into the “public transportation” system, yet very few can afford to use it, due in part to successive price rises.

That brings me this blog’s topic. Lets start with a few Quotes…
