Coyote Highway

One of the fun things about winter is spotting tracks in the snow. While cycling home a week or so ago I spotted these tracks dotting the fractured icescape below the High Level Bridge. I think these are coyote tracks, maybe an animal moving in a diagonal trot. On several occasions, as recently as this past Friday, I've seen coyotes using the frozen river as a route through the city.
